My spiritual journey

I was fifteen, that is the time I saw an article in a newspaper. Talks about meditation a very simple technique as follows.

Imagine a lotus on your heart and a ray was coming out of it spreading through your body, then it spreads to the earth than the entire universe. It was a game changer for my life I want to practice that as soon as possible. Because of Gods grace, my home was in the middle of a forest my father is an employee of K.S.E.B (Kerala State Electricity Board).

I came out from the house went inside a small forest near to my house. I sat there and practiced the meditation Suddenly I expanded and my understanding about life has changed forever. I want to know what it is. Till today my life was about the seeking of what it was? Then a short visit to Kashi, Rameshwaram, and Bodhgaya I joined to study my engineering in Bangalore. There also I got blessed my right side of the school was valley school by Krishnamoorthy and the left side was Sree SreeRavishankar's art of living international center.

I started to visit both places done Sudarshan Kriya basic course teachers led me to Narayana Gurukul there I met made Chaithanyamayi She was the disciples of two great masters one is Natarajaguru and the other one is guru Nithya. She made me realize what I have experienced. In Gurukul, I met Sahadev a crazy master and an artist, he does not fit into the terms of a society constructed an asrm with Sidharth called fireflies. I learned what is art through him which led me to the blessing of constructing a temple with him and slowly to a stay in an asrm called Vishwalaya. Spent almost one year there with the kids of guru. From there a tantrik yogi Sahajanjana theertha. He showed me the tantrik knowledge.

This is my story, in short, my understanding is that courage is something which is missing in peoples' minds which will not allow them to live a full life. Life is an experience and experiments. "bet everything to live it fully".

I was drawing mandalas and one of my friend called Arka came to my apartment he saw what I am doing then it lead me to the creation of a workshop called self-exploration thinking I may be able to give the courage to people to experiment with there life and reach where they want to reach.

In short, self-exploration is the dialogue between what you are and what you want to be.

My love - Ayappan

I am Malikapurathu Amma devi.
My devotees are called Malikappuram in sabarimala.

I have a lotus which I want to give to Ayappan.

I told Ayappan that I want to marry him
He told me I am here to protect dharma.

He went inside forest and become,
Eternal celibate.
Not only disappointing me
But also making me to wait.
Its already thousand years.

Honorable supreme court
And my dear politicians before sharing and eating my lover.
Please consider me
I am still waiting.

Sabarimala :- Unable to discriminate with discrimination.

Vedanta or any theology based on Upanishads are experience oriented it is not result oriented it gives direct experience to the student about something which is beyond anything. That is the reason Aadi shankara talks about it in one of his wonderful writing "Nirvana shaktham" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G7W3_YdQK4M.

A common mind which has relatively low intellect or understanding cant experience this easily so Rishis(Not yogis) Made systems which helps a common man to understand this easily through temples. According to Vedanta there are four states in order to attain kaivalya or moksha these are Brahmacharya,Garhika,vanaprastha,sanyasa https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ashrama_(stage) In Kerala these four states are symbolised through four temples of sastha (Ayappa is an avathar of sastha) 1)Brahmacharya https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kulathupuzha_Sastha_Temple2)Garhika https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aryankavu_Sastha_Temple3)Vanaprastha https://en.wikipedia.org/.../Achankovil_Sree_Dharmasastha... 4)Sanyasa (This is the land in which now war is happening women says they also want to go). This is the finest state of human dharma Sanyasa some one who left everything and went inside forest and said please don disturb me Irony is that that is where every one wants to go. So ayappan told if you want to see me please realise I am you only (Aham brahmasmi) and these rituals will help you to understand https://www.quora.com/What-are-rules-and-regulations-to.... Understand it is not just a temple

Ayappan never being a fascist any way check out his friends list In fb  Vavar- A Muslim warrior https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vavar Kochu thomman A christian friend, Those who talks about racial discrimination in Hinduism is actually a product of inferior complex of mind This upanayanam done in ravishankar asrm is open for all https://bangaloreashram.org/host-your-event/upanayanam/ if you feel brahmins are superior to you

Scientific research papers about vedanta and all are available online a simple google search will take you there Some are here http://ijasrm.com/.../2016/10/IJASRM_V1S10_140_64_68.pdf Study of vedanta http://ir.inflibnet.ac.in:8080/jspui/handle/10603/41241 And about tantra core of it is soundarya lahari http://www.advaita-vedanta.co.uk/…/289-saundarya-lahari-fin… Temples are actualisation of soundaryalahari especially temples in south.

In sabarimala the women activists one side they are unable to discriminate with discrimination and the other side blind believers with dogma and like a wolf in sheep fighting political leaders

The serpent:- Why i like the serpent

  1. Serpents are considered to be wise because they have multiplied and flourished more than any other wild animal.
  1. Serpents are considered to be wise because they have continued to exist in an ever-modernizing world. You will notice that many wild animals are becoming extinct in our modern world.
  1. Serpents are considered to be wise because they have been able to flourish even though they are hated by everyone.
  1. Serpents are considered to be wise because they evoke fear and respect in human beings. Human beings do not fear and respect many animals but they definitely fear and respect snakes.
  1. Serpents are considered to be wise because of their ability to live on every continent and every part of the world.
  1. Serpents are considered to be wise because of their ability to function in every sphere; on land, in the sea, in freshwater and even in the air.
  1. Serpents are considered to be wise because of their ability to accomplish their goals in this world. In spite of all the odds stacked against the snakes, they are able to live, eat and multiply.

The Mysterious world

Humanity is completely lost in the materialistic excitement.  What we see or what we deal with every day is simply the projection of that.  For the ease, we can call it Brahman.  Imagine if we can have a way to unite with this. the core of everything then what we can see and interpret will become different from the root.

I read a better book in this direction called "Vigyan bhairava tantra" The very best book Shiva given to Devi

For ease of understanding, all those Meditation techniques can be found at this link
